If I were in charge of the US budget, we would cancel every single dollar of foreign ‘aid’, and any future aid would be subject to exacting standards and rigorous review.

My desire is that we win convincingly and quickly enough here in the (former) United States that we can aid our brothers and cousins in Europe in their struggles — both financially and via materiel.
