I will fight to the (at least metaphorical) death with papists over their many and various doctrinal errors, but once a papist has died confessing Christ, he is then only a brother-in-Christ, whose errors are certainly then gone, and I will not attack him, even if I will still state that he was in error and his doctrine should not be followed.

Literally every person using ‘judge not’ as an attack against Christians is violating the very interpretation he is supposedly advancing, which is to say you can ignore them all as malefactors.
