We must make it so that merely contemplating attacking the United States is utterly unthinkable for the Chinese.
The US position with regard to China must be this:
If the Chinese drop a single bomb anywhere on US territory or deploy a single mechanized asset anywhere on US territory or activate any of their malware embedded in US infrastructure, then we will erase China from the map.
