I again invite — in the strongest possible terms — all of you to join me (and hopefully many others) in fasting and praying for our nation this coming Friday, the 1st of November, the 24th Friday after Pentecost, AD 2024.

Historically, Allhallowtide consisted of All Hallows’ Eve (Halloween), All Saints’ Day, and All Souls’ Day. I have switched the two days around to make the season more consistent with right theology and practical observances. Consequently, please consider this Friday to be All Souls’ Day.

Lord God, we pray that You would send the Archangel Michael, defender of Your Church and of all Christians, to fight for us in this, our greatest hour of need, in this, the deepest hour of darkness. Amen.
