Psalm 14 (LXX numbering, 15 in your Bible) is a complete condemnation of much of the ‘modern’ world: it affirms the reality and importance of race, it damns Capitalism, and it praises those who fearlessly speak the truth and those who hate the wicked.

Women are miserable working outside the home.
Men are miserable going home to an empty house without wife and children.
Jewish Capitalism caused both of these.

The idea of sending women off to university is such a patently ludicrous suggestion that up until the last partial century no one would even have thought it, much less spoken it aloud (except as an absurd, perverse joke).
