- joke about killing state legislators
- participate in an event where all the major parties (and many minor ones) are arrested
- publicly advocate “keep moving towards the Capitol” and “[take] the Capitol back
and not only never see the inside of a jail cell, but also keep all of your funds, without becoming an FBI asset (if you were not one already).
