Once one understands the evil of this world, he must choose:

He may act as the — always thin and fraying — barrier that holds mankind back from the abyss or he can become what is waiting at the bottom.

I have never once in my life met a pastor who understood the depth and breadth of the evil in the world.

Some come closer than others, certainly, but that chasm is undoubtedly part of why so few get these issues right.

They do not understand the fight.
