The ‘Christian’ who does not provide first and foremost for his own rejects the clear teaching of Scripture.
If these people clung half as tightly to the tenets of the faith, defended half as vociferously the Words of Scripture as they do their Enlightenment 'ideals', then the Church would not be dying in the West.
