In fairness, there is a ‘rapture’ of sorts — for the wicked, as angels gather them to toss them into Hell.

God, in His perfect knowledge and wisdom, refuted ‘Rapture’ ‘theology’ before that pernicious heresy ever arose; Matthew 13:39b–42 is clear about who will be ‘taken’.

I have come to loathe the word ‘Gentile’.

The problem for the men in Matthew 7:21–23 is that they are saying ‘we did’ instead of ‘You promised’; the issue is lack of faith.

In Matthew 7:21–23, Christ is condemning works righteousness (‘Lord, did we not…’), and those who use these verses to condemn others based on works have totally missed the point.
